Mississippi Valley Radio has agreed to purchase the assets of the following radio stations in the Paducah DMA from Zimmer Radio Group for $43 Million.*

WCIL-AM, WCIL-FM, WUEZ-FM, WXLT-FM, WOOZ-FM, WJPF-AM, KEZS-FM, KZIM-AM, KGIR-AM, KCGQ-FM, KLSC-FM, KMAL-AM,

KJEZ-FM, KWOC-AM, KKLR-FM, KGKS-FM, KSIM-AM.

The principal shareholder in Mississippi River Radio is Virginia-based Max Media. Rust Communications will invest in up to 20% of the equity of Mississippi River Radio.

Bill Lytle, Bob Maccini and Stephan Sloan of Media Services Group represented the seller in this transaction.
