M&M Broadcasters, LTD has agreed to purchase the assets of radio stations KHLE-FM, Kempner; KHHG-FM, Hamilton; KBEY-FM, Burnet and KRHC-AM Burnet, all Texas markets.* The seller is Munbilla Broadcasting Properties LTD.
Bill Whitley of Media Services Group’s Dallas office served as the exclusive broker for this transaction and represented the seller.
