MRS Ventures headed by Jerry Russell of Tyler, Texas has completed its purchase of radio stations KOTN-AM, KCLA-AM, KZYP-FM, and KPBQ-FM serving Pine Bluff, Arkansas from Delta Radio Inc. and Seark Radio Inc., for $1,475,000. The sellers’ principals are Buddy Dean, Craig Eastham and Dawn Dean.
