My Town Media, Inc. has completed the acquisition of the assets of radio station KINZ-FM, licensed to Humboldt, KS from Sutcliffe Communications. My Town Media, Inc. owns and operates radio properties throughout the southeastern Kansas area.  Mike Sutcliffe has accepted a position with the company as a station manager.

Mike Lytle of Media Services Group_s Kansas City office represented the seller and was the exclusive broker in this transaction.
