Nature Coast Broadcast, Inc. has agreed to purchase the assets of radio station WIFL-FM licensed to Inglis, FL from Seven Rivers Broadcast Ministry, Inc., for $525,000.*

Eddie Esserman of Media Services Group represented the seller in this transaction.
