Neal Ardman, Elizabeth Ardman, Jordan Gallup and Jacqueline Gallup have agreed to purchase Radio Kings Bay, Inc., licensee of radio station WKBX-FM, licensed to Kingsland, GA.* Wendy Steele is President of Radio Kings Bay, Inc. The company has operated WKBX since 1988. An LMA has already begun.

Eddie Esserman of our St. Simons Island, GA office and George R. Reed of our Jacksonville, FL office represented the seller in this transaction.
