New Radio Venture LLC has completed its acquisition of the assets of radio station KNRC-AM, licensed to Englewood, CO (Denver, CO market, ranked #22) from NRC Broadcasting Inc., for $5,525,000.
 
NRC is headed by CEO Tim Brown.  New Radio Venture, LLC is managed by Heberto Limas Villers and Maria Elena Llansa.
