NextMedia has completed its acquisition of radio station KBTE-FM serving Lubbock, Texas, from Dove Media, for $1,500,000.  The closing took place on October 21, 2005.

NextMedia is a national group owner, headed by Steve Dinetz and Skip Weller, which owns three additional FM stations in the Lubbock Market.  Dove Media, headed by Bruce Campbell, has no other broadcast interests.

Bill Whitley of Media Services Group_s Dallas office served as the exclusive broker in this transaction.
