NextMedia Group, Inc. has completed its acquisition of radio stations WAZO-FM, WMFD-AM and WRQR-FM from Ocean Broadcasting II, LLC and WKXB-FM and WSFM-FM from Sea-Comm, Inc. for $24,500,000. The stations serve Wilmington, NC.
