Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation Acquires KDMS-AM And KLBQ-FM

An Arkansas broadcast group adds an AM/FM to their local flagship operation. Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation, of El Dorado, Arkansas is adding KDMS-AM and KLBQ-FM to its El Dorado stations. They are purchasing the pair from El Dorado Broadcasting Co. owned by Edward Partridge. KDMS-AM is a 2,500 watts day, 106 watts night station on 1290 kHz. KLBQ-FM is a C-3 facility on 98.7 mHz with 14,000 watts at 299 ft. HAAT. Both stations are licensed to El Dorado. The purchase price is $600,000, cash at closing, for all the assets of both stations.*

Noalmark owns and operates five other El Dorado licensed stations as well as three facilities in Magnolia, Waldo and Hampton, Arkansas. Noalmark owns and operates seven stations in the New Mexico markets of Hobbs and Roswell.

Partridge has no other broadcast holdings.

Bill Cate and Bill Whitley of Media Services Group’s Little Rock and Dallas office were the exclusive brokers of the transaction
