Northeast Broadcasting Completes Acquisition of WDCAT-AM, WAHL-FM From Citadel

Northeast Broadcasting Company has completed its purchase of radio stations WCAT-AM and WAHL-FM licensed to Athol, MA from Citadel Communications.
Stephan Sloan and Bob Maccini of Media Services Group were the exclusive brokers in the transaction representing Citadel Communications.
