Ortiz Broadcasting Corporation Aquires Channel 53-TV from WKOB Communications.

Ortiz Broadcasting Corporation has agreed to purchase the assets of Channel 53 television and the Construction Permit (CP) for displacement channel 48 for WKOB-LP New York, NY, from WKOB Communications, Inc., for $7.0 million cash.
Mitt Younts represented the seller in this transaction.
