Perry Broadcasting of Arkansas has agreed to purchase* KFMD licensed to Bethel Heights, AR from Jay Bunyard and the translator that rebroadcasts KFMD, K287AN licensed to Fayetteville, AR from Don Campbell. The combined price is $400,000.

Bill Whitley of the Dallas office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker for this transaction.
