Pikes Peak Television, a subsidiary of News-Press & Gazette Company has agreed to purchase the assets of radio station KRDO-FM (105.5), serving Colorado Springs, Colorado, from Optima Communications, Inc.* The purchase price is $2,500,000.

Jody McCoy of Media Services Group_s Colorado Springs office was the exclusive broker representing the seller in this transaction.
