Power Valley Communications, Inc. (Rick Biddle) has agreed to purchase the assets of radio stations WADI-FM and WCMA-AM, Corinth, Mississippi, from Janice Jobe for $330,000.*

Eddie Esserman and George Reed represented the Seller in this transaction.
