Radio One, Inc. has agreed to purchase the assets of radio station WPEZ-FM, Macon, GA (subsequently to be changed to Hampton, GA) from U.S. Broadcasting Limited Partnership (_USBLP_) for $55.0 million.*

Radio One has entered into a Local Marketing Agreement (LMA) with USBLP to commence in September.
