Radio Partners, LLC has agreed to purchase an FM construction permit 970911MV, licensed to Steamboat Springs, Colorado from Ramsey Leasing.* The Buyer is headed by Don Tlapek who also owns an FM construction permit for Olathe, Colorado.  The seller is headed by Kelly Ramsey who also has broadcast interests in Arkansas. The purchase price was $125,000.
