Radio Partners LLC has completed the acquisition of the assets of FM construction permit 970911MV, licensed to Steamboat Springs, Colorado from Ramsey Leasing. The purchase price is $125,000.

The buyer is headed by Don Tlapk who also owns an FM CP licensed to Olathe, Colorado. The seller is headed by Kenneth Ramsey who also owns KTRN-FM, licensed to White Hall, Arkansas.

Bill Whitley of our Dallas office represented the seller as the exclusive broker for this transaction.
