Reign Enterprizes, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company has agreed to purchase WCVG-AM 1320 Covington (Cincinnati) from Great Lakes Radio-Cincinnati, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company.*

The purchase price is $450,000.00.
