Rich Broadcasting has completed the acquisition of the following radio stations serving Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Sun Valley, Idaho  from Chaparral Broadcasting:

K239AU     Driggs, ID

The final price for all stations was $3.825 million, including KOUW, which closed on 12/31/2012.
