Tele-Media Company of Vermont, LLC has agreed to sell radio stations WKNE-AM/FM, Keene, NH and WKVT-AM/FM, Brattleboro, VT to Saga Communications of New England, Inc. for $9,075,000 payable in cash at closing.*

Saga Communications of New England, Inc. is a subsidiary of Saga Communications, Inc., a publicly traded broadcasting company (AMEX: SGA). Saga owns and operates more than 60 stations throughout the U.S. with many located in New England.

Robert J. Maccini represented Saga Communications in the purchase of the stations.
