Salem Media Group has agreed to purchase KZTS (FM), serving the Little Rock, AR market, from Flinn Broadcasting Corporation, pending FCC approval. The purchase price is $1,100,000.

California-based Salem Media Group owns 115 radio stations, and is also an internet content provider, magazine and book publisher for Christian and family-themed content.

Flinn Broadcasting Corporation owns television and radio stations throughout the United States, and is based in Memphis, Tennessee.

Eddie Esserman of Media Services Group represented Flinn in the transaction. Mark Jorgenson of Jorgenson Broadcast Brokerage represented Salem.
