Sand Hill Media Corporation has agreed to purchase the assets of radio stations KADQ-FM, licensed to Rexburg, Idaho and KOSZ-FM (CP), Idaho Falls, Idaho from Ted W. Austin, Jr. for $1.2 million cash.*

KADO-FM is a Class C2 that operates on 94.3 MHz while the KOSZ-FM construction permit is a Class C1 that will operate on 107.1 MHz.

Sand Hill Media Corporation is headed by Ryan G. Frandsen of Logan, Utah. Ted W. Austin, Jr. has owned KADQ-FM for several years and recently obtained the Idaho Falls, Idaho CP.
