WFCC 107.5 FM and WKPE 104.7 FM to be sold to Sandab Communications II, LP, Owner of WQRC 99.9 FM, OCEAN 104 FM and CapeCod.com

Hyannis, MA _ January 12, 2007

In a joint announcement, Mary L. Marshall, Manager of CRB Media LLC, formerly Charles River Broadcasting Company, Inc., and Gregory D. Bone, General Partner of Sandab Communications II, LP, state that WFCC 107.5 FM and WKPE 104.7 FM will be purchased by Sandab Communications II, LP, owner of WQRC 99.9 FM, OCEAN 104 FM and CapeCod.com.

Charles River Broadcasting Company (CRB) was the original owner of WCRB FM, the nationally recognized, heritage classical music station in Boston.  CRB purchased WFCC 107.5 FM several years ago and was successful in making WFCC the top rated classical music station in the country.  Both WFCC and CRB_s other Cape Cod station, WKPE 104.7 FM, broadcast with 50KW of power.  CRB was recently sold, but WFCC and WKPE were not included in that transaction.

Mary L. Marshall states, _In selling to Greg Bone and Sandab Communications, we have found the best local home for our two radio stations. Greg has been an owner and operator of WQRC, the Cape_s heritage, community radio station since 1979 and over the years he made similar community commitments with OCEAN 104 and CapeCod.com.  Our company has programmed classical music for sixty years, and it is important for us to sell to a local owner who understands and will continue our classical tradition for Cape Codders._

Greg Bone_s respect for CRB Media LLC_s radio traditions is an important consideration in the pending purchase.  _Everyone in the radio industry knows and respects CRB_s heritage and we look forward to continuing this tradition.  Of course, the powerful 50KW Cape wide radio signals are important, allowing us to program to and serve the entire Cape community.

Mary Marshall says that with the sale of CRB, CRB Media LLC made the decision to sell WFCC and WKPE, and it was only a matter of finding the right home for both radio stations, Greg Bone acknowledges with the addition of WFCC and WKPE to WQRC, OCEAN 104 and CapeCod.com, Sandab will have five compelling options to attract Cape  Codders and service Cape Cod advertisers.
