SEK Media, LLC has closed on its purchase of radio stations KGGF AM/FM, KUSN, FM and KQQF serving the Coffeyville, Kansas market. The Seller, KGGF-KUSN, Inc is headed by Robert Mahaffey who has additional broadcast interests in Rolla, Missouri and Stillwater, Oklahoma. The Buyer is headed by Kevin Potter who has additional broadcast interests in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The purchase price was $900,000.  

Bill Whitley of the Dallas office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker representing the Seller in this transaction.
