SEK Media LLC has agreed to purchase radio stations KGGF AM/FM, KUSN FM and KQQF FM serving the Coffeyville/Independence, Kansas market. The Buyer is headed by Kevin Potter who has additional broadcast interests in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The Seller is headed by Robert Mahaffey who has additional broadcast interests in Stillwater, Oklahoma and Rolla, Missouri. The purchase price is $900,000.*

Bill Whitley of the Dallas office of Media Services Group represented the Seller and  served as the exclusive broker for this transaction.
