Southern California Public Radio has completed the acquisition of the assets of radio station KLFH 89.5 FM, licensed to Ojai, CA serving Oxnard-Ventura, CA from Logos Broadcasting Corporation. The purchase price is $800,000.

Jody McCoy of Media Services Group_s Colorado Springs office represented the seller in this transaction.
