Starcall Broadcasting, LLC has agreed to purchase the assets of radio station KVOU-AM, KVOU-FM, and KUVA-FM , licensed to Uvalde, Texas from Rhattigan Broadcasting.* Starcall Broadcasting is headed by Randi Markowitz and does not own any other stations. Michael Rhattigan is president and CEO of Rhattigan. Rhattigan Broadcasting owns nine other Texas radio stations serving Big Spring, Plainview and Eagle Pass.
