Styles Media Group, LLC has closed on its acquisition of the radio assets of WBBK-AM, WBBK-FM, licensed to Blakely, GA, WSEM-AM, and WGMK-FM, licensed to Donalsonville, GA from Merchants Broadcasting Company (et al) for $ 2.0 Million.

Convergent Broadcasting had previously assigned its rights to purchase the assets of WBBK-AM, WBBK-FM, WSEM-AM, and WGMK-FM to Styles Media Group, LLC.

Eddie Esserman represented the seller in this transaction.
