Texarkana Radio Center has closed on its purchase of KTTY-FM, New Boston/Texarkana, Texas.  The Buyer is headed by Richard Burns and recently acquired a 4 station cluster serving Texarkana.  The buyer also has additional radio interests in Alaska.  The Seller, Towers Investment Trust is headed by Bill Brothers and has additional radio stations in North Carolina, Texas and Arizona. 

Bill Whitley of our Dallas office served as the broker representing the Seller.  Cliff Gardiner represented the Buyer.
