The Way Radio Group, LLC has agreed to purchase radio station KRVA FM licensed to Campbell, Texas.* The Seller is LKCM Radio Licenses, LP and is headed by Gerry Schlagel. The Buyer is headed by Craig Morgan. The Seller has several other broadcasting interests in Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona and Nevada. The buyer has no other broadcast interests. The purchase price is $120,000.

Bill Whitley of the Dallas office of Media Services Group represented the seller as the exclusive broker in this transaction.
