Three Trees Communications, Incorporated has completed its acquisition of radio stations WTIF-AM/FM and WJYF-FM, licensed to Tifton-Valdosta, GA from Tifton Broadcasting Corporation and Omega Broadcasting Corporation for $1.9 Million.
Eddie Esserman and George R. Reed represented the seller in this transaction.
