Todd Robinson, Inc. has agreed to purchase the assets of radio station KZLZ-FM, licensed to Kearney, AZ from Entravision Holdings L.L.C., for $4,750,000.*

Bill Whitley of Media Services Group_s Dallas office represented the buyer in this transaction.  Kalil & Company represented the seller.
