Tomlinson-Leis Communications Completes Acquisition of KNET-AM and KYYK-FM

Tomlinson-Leis Communications L.P. has completed its acquisition of radio stations KNET-AM and KYYK-FM, licensed to Palestine, Texas, from Hightower Radio, Inc., for $1,200,000. The closing took place on October 1, 2005.
Tomlinson-Leis, headed by its president, Edward B. Tomlinson, II, does not own any other broadcast interests.
Hightower Radio, headed by its president, Jason Hightower, also owns station KMOO-FM, licensed to Mineola, Texas.
