Vision Media Group has closed on its purchase of KLOW FM licensed to Reno, Texas and serving the Paris, Texas market from Tower Investment Trust, Inc.  The buyer is headed by CL Carter and also owns KFYN AM and FM in Bonham, Texas.  The Seller is headed by Bill Brothers and has additional broadcast interests in Arizona and North Carolina.
