Viva Media, LLC has agreed to purchase radio station KQFX-FM licensed to Borger, Texas and serving the Amarillo market, from Tejas Broadcasting, Limited. The Buyer is headed by Maria Ceniceros and has additional Texas broadcast interests. The Seller is headed by James Anderson, CEO and has additional broadcast interests in Texas and New Mexico. 

The purchase price is $650,000.*

Bill Whitley of the Dallas office and George Reed of the Jacksonville office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive brokers representing the Seller. Dave Garland Brokerage represented the Buyer.
