Eastern Airwaves, LLC, an affiliate of Curtis Media, Inc. has agreed to purchase the construction permit for FM Translator Station W2252CZ Wake Forest, NC from W & C Broadcasting, Inc.* The purchase price is $100,000.

Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker representing the buyer in this transaction.
