Walker Broadcasting and Communications, Inc. has agreed to purchase KRBL FM serving the Lubbock, Texas market from William Whitley, Receiver.*  The Buyer is headed by David Walker who also has interests in KJDL AM and FM serving the Lubbock market.  The Seller, William Whitley was appointed Receiver for KRBL by the 72nd District Court in Lubbock and has no other broadcast interests.  The purchase price is $300,000.

Bill Whitley of the Dallas office of Media Services Group represented the Seller as the exclusive broker for this transaction.
