Waller Media has agreed to purchase a new FM construction permit for 94.3 licensed to Bullard, Texas.  The Seller, Jer Licenses is also owner of FM stations in Texas, South Dakota, Colorado and Wisconsin.  The President of Jer Licenses is Jon Robinson.  Waller Media is the owner of KFRO, Gilmer and KDVE, Pittsburg both Texas.  The President of Waller Media is Dudley Waller.  The purchase price is $500,000.*
