Way Media has closed on its purchase of KVRK FM licensed to Sanger, Texas serving the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. The Seller, Research Educational Foundation, is headed by Stan Thomas. The Buyer, Way Media, is headed by Bob Augsburg. The purchase price is $2,000,000.
