Weston Entertainment has completed its acquisition of radio station KBHT-FM, licensed to Crockett, Texas, from Nicol Broadcasting for $1,425,000.

Weston is a San Antonio based company headed by Gregg Weston.  Nicol Broadcasting is headed by Tom Nicol who has no other broadcast interests.
