Woodland Communications (Steve Glasmann, owner of KUBC & KKXK) has completed its acquisition of radio station KBNG-FM, Montrose, Colorado, from Idaho Broadcasting Consortium (Fred Constant), for $300,000.

Jody McCoy served as the exclusive broker in this transaction.
