WVJT LLC has agreed to purchase the assets of radio stations WKEY-AM & WIQO-FM licensed to Covington, VA and WKCJ-FM and WSLW-AM licensed to Lewisburg, WV and White Sulphur Springs, WV from Quorum Radio Partners of Virginia, Debtor in Possession for $1.3 million.*

WVJT LLC is headed by Todd Robinson who has broadcast interests in KTKE-FM, Truckee, CA.  Quorum Radio Partners is headed by Bob Barnett which also has interests in KELE-AM/FM Mountain Grove, Mo. and KOZX-FM Cabool, MO.

Bill Whitley of the Dallas office and Stephan Sloan of the Providence Office of Media Services Group represented the seller in this transaction.
