Central Arkansas Radio Group has closed on its purchase of radio stations KLAZ-FM, KYRC-FM, KHRK-FM and KBHS-AM serving the Hot Springs, Arkansas market. The Buyer, Central Arkansas Radio Group, is headed by Greg Shinn and has no other broadcast interests.

The Seller, Noalmark Broadcasting Corp, is headed by Trey Nolan and has additional radio interests in El Dorado, Arkansas, Hobbs, New Mexico and Roswell, New Mexico.

The sale price was $1,600,000.
