Claro Communications has agreed to acquire radio stations KOPY AM and FM licensed to Alice, Texas from Sendero Multimedia.  The Buyer, Claro Communications is headed by Gerald Benavides who also has broadcast interests in the Corpus Christi and Boerne/San Antonio markets.  The Seller, Sendero Multimedia is headed by A.A. Munoz, President and has no other broadcast interests. The purchase price is $300,000.*
