DAIJ Broadcasting, LLC has completed the acquisition of the assets of radio station KRCM 1380 AM, licensed to Shenandoah, Texas (Houston) with a CP to increase power to 2.8 kw from Voice Broadcasting, Inc.. The purchase price is $575,000 cash.
