K2 Towers, LLC of Chagrin Falls, Ohio has closed on its purchase of the KMVL communications tower located near Madisonville, Texas.  The seller is Leon Hunt who owns and operates radio station KMVL (FM).

The exclusive brokers for this transaction representing Mr. Hunt were Bill Whitley of the Dallas office of Media Services Group and George Reed, of the Jacksonville, Florida office of Media Services Group.
