WSJM, Inc., an affiliate of Mid-West Family Broadcasting has closed the purchase WNSN(FM), WSBT(AM), W241AD, WZOC(FM) and WHFB(FM) from Gray Television Group, Inc.  These radio stations were simultaneously spun off to Mid-West Family at the closing of Gray’s acquisition of the broadcast assets of Schurz Communications, Inc.

The purchase price for the South Bend area radio stations was $5,500,000 while the entire purchase price Gray paid for all Schurz assets was approximately $442,500,000.

Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker representing Mid-West Family Broadcasting in this transaction.
