Northeast Indiana Public Radio, Inc., licensee of WBOI-FM Fort Wayne, IN and WBNI-FM Roanoke, IN has closed the sale of The NIPR Tower to Florida Tower Partners, LLC.
The NIPR Tower is a 625’ guyed tower and is home to WBNI-FM, WNHT-FM, and various other communications services.
Bob Heymann of our Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker representing the seller in this transaction.
