Simmons-SLC, LLC and Simmons-SLC, LS, LLC have agreed to purchase the assets of radio stations KMER-AM, KAOX-FM and KDWY-FM, from Chaparral Broadcasting Company, Inc., headed by Jerrold T. Lundquist for $ 2.0 million. *

KMER-AM and KAOX-FM are licensed to Kemmerer, Wyoming and KDWY-FM is licensed to the adjoining community of Diamondville, Wyoming. All three stations serve the southwestern section of the state of Wyoming.
